Marist180 (www.marist180.org.au) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to creating positive change for vulnerable young people and their families. Marist180 is now seeking applications from an experienced, analytical and collaborative Intake and Referrals Coordinator to lead the referral process of young people entering Marist180 services.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role is a key contact for external stakeholders who make referrals to Marist180 services. You will ensure referral data is processed on time and tracked effectively, facilitating communications to and from stakeholders monitoring referral status and program occupancy. Where additional information regarding referrals is required to support development of a Client Risk Assessment, Client Matching Report, or Risk Management Plan, the Coordinator will facilitate the request and supply of required information. The Coordinator will provide support and guidance to the Intake and Referral Officers.
