Marist180 (www.marist180.org.au) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to creating positive change for vulnerable young people and their families. Marist180 is now seeking applications from an experienced, supportive and collaborative House Manager to lead our team of passionate Youth Workers.
The role of Therapeutic House Managers are key positions across Marist180. They not only support the needs of children and young people in our programs, but also act as a support network for our staff to ensure they are trained and armed with the right tools to create positive change through a therapeutic intervention framework and guided by principles of permanency planning.
