MST CAN is an intensive family preservation program with a strong evidence base, designed to work with families with children between 6 to 17 years and recent incidence of child abuse and neglect. Therapists work intensively with the family in their own homes to resolve clinical and practical concerns so that children can be safe and stay with their families.

If you hold a minimum Bachelors qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or counselling and are passionate about working to keep vulnerable families safely together, please consider this opportunity.

As an MST-CAN Therapist your duties will include assessment, treatment, documentation and stakeholder collaboration.

You will receive extensive training in Child and Adult trauma therapy, Adolescent and Adult Substance use treatment, and other MST-CAN components.

You will have the opportunity to earn an attractive salary with access to salary packaging, meaning more money in your pocket. Salary is $115,000. Our staff have access to generous employment conditions including 5 weeks annual leave per annum and a professional development allowance in addition to the MST-CAN training.
