Multicultural Community Services Geelong (MCSG) is the new organisation arising from the merger of Diversitat and Multicultural Aged Care Services. With an annual budget of $34 million, we have an ambitious strategic intent to provide services to support, care for and celebrate culturally diverse individuals through their life journey.

Our success will be underpinned by our leadership, culture and operational excellence.

As a CEO direct report and Executive Team member, you will make a significant contribution to the implementation of the merger, design of our new organisation and ways of working.

You will build your influence and impact as a trusted adviser through your integrity, professional credibility, values-based decision making and emotional intelligence. You will always model behaviour aligned to the MCSG values of Inclusion, Integrity, Sustainability and Kindness.

The role makes an important contribution to defining, building and supporting our culture, with a focus on agility, innovation, high performance, financial sustainability, collaboration, inclusiveness, adaptability and learning.

Leveraging your contemporary human resources professional expertise, you will design, build and evaluate frameworks, policies, systems and processes to attract, engage and retain our workforce of 400 staff and 300 volunteers.

In this exciting new role, you will:

  • Significantly impact the capacity, capability, leadership and culture of MCSG
  • Design, build, lead and evaluate our first HR strategic plan
  • Contribute to the social impact of MCSG, with improved outcomes for members of multicultural communities in the Greater Geelong region.

We offer attractive remuneration and access to salary packaging. The role is based in modern offices in North Geelong.
