OPPORTUNITY

In this position you will strategize and take ownership for best practice philanthropic initiatives for the Macpherson Kelley Foundation. The Foundation Advisor will develop and manage a portfolio of workplace giving community partnerships. The role actively drives employee volunteering, philanthropic giving and other social responsibility programs for Macpherson Kelley.

The role is offered part time at 2 days per week. There is opportunity to work from our Dandenong or Melbourne office and from home.

Macpherson Kelley were the proud recipients the silver award for Best Overall Program in the SME category in the 2022 Australian Workplace Giving Awards.

ABOUT YOU

This role is ideally suited to someone who has a passion for corporate social responsibility and developing impactful relationships. They likely have experience working in a similar role within the philanthropic, community or professional services sector.

In addition, you have excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing, stewardship, engagement and negotiation skills. You can adapt between working autonomously and as a member of a team.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check.
