The Education and Wellbeing Coordinator will implement, in the classroom and across the programs a trauma-informed model of education that promotes unconditional positive regard for young people with complex and diverse needs. The Coordinator will work collaboratively and provide expert educational advice and wellbeing support for the Primary and Secondary school teams and leaders.
This is a full-time ongoing position, based in Maidstone, VIC and will report to the Principal (Maidstone.)
The successful applicant will be a dynamic and passionate educator with a Diploma of Education, qualifications in the area of student wellbeing and experience working in education with students who are at risk and have special needs and identified disabilities.
