To plan and deliver counselling services which align with the organisation’s goals to meet high-quality service standards.
Provision of high-quality clinical services including assessment and referral, evidence-based individual, couple and family counselling, and case management to eligible Love Life Counselling customers to achieve outcomes identified in NDIS care planning processes.
Supporting our customers to develop and review their goals which are meaningful and meets their needs while reflecting and prioritising.
If our customers choose to participate in the community, support inclusion, and the participation, whether it by schooling, sporting, community groups or in a residential setting.
Provide accurate information to our customers and refer to any available services that are required and relevant.
Assist our customers in helping them identify their support networks and support them through the transition process.
Contribute effectively to our team and maintain open communication to the Director on any opportunities or concerns that may arise.
Attend all required meetings and participate with both advice and guidance whilst seeking feedback from others on work that has been performed.
Ensure all work complies with legal requirements through both Love, Life Counselling and regulatory bodies in which our organisation is guided by.
Continuously demonstrate and role model WH&S throughout the workplace and assist others when necessary.
