Council is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to fill the role of Community Care Coordinator.

The objectives of this position are to assist in the management and coordination of Council’s Community Care Services.

The successful candidate will have: 

• Experience in delivering services into rural communities.
• A strong understanding of Community Care services.
• A friendly and professional nature.
• A proven ability to communicate with staff and clients.
• Demonstrated high level of attention to detail.
• A qualification in community services or business management administration is desirable for this role but is not mandatory.
