We are starting a new day-based mobile Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation program, called Nana Muru. The service incorporates both day programs and withdrawal support, using a blend of place-based service delivery and mobile outreach.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to build and establish this new service. You will lead the new team in creating a safe, supportive and structured program that inspires genuine and lasting change for our clients. Our ideal candidate has a strong knowledge or connection to the region and the community.
This role is based in Nowra, situated on the beautiful Shoalhaven River, close to many popular natural and cultural features of the Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands and a 2-hour drive to Sydney.
This is an ongoing full time position, working from our office in Nowra and outreaching to Jarvis Bay, St George’s Basin and Sanctuary Point. You will lead a team of passionate and professional clinical and support staff, and provide clinical and operational management of the Nana Muru Service, this will look like:
