About US

Mental health concerns, alcohol and drug dependency can make life really tough – and too often people find themselves grappling with economic challenges and social isolation as well.

Our driving belief is that “with the right support people can change”. We’re a progressive, for purpose organisation, delivering leading edge clinical services aimed at supporting people to live their lives well. We are growing fast in Queensland and New South Wales – in size, geographic footprint, service diversity and clinical innovation.

About the Service

You will be applying for a Casual Position that will work across Logan House and Logan Family Recovery. Hours are varied and may include overnight shifts.

The residentials are located on the site of Logan House, Chambers Flat. The program is on a quiet, rural setting. Our specialist team includes drug and alcohol and family counsellors, a treatment facilitator, a registered nurse and other allied health professionals.

About the role

We are looking for casual Support Workers to join our professional and qualified teams at Logan Family Recovery and Logan House. You will thrive in this opportunity to:

  • Provide on shift support and supervision to the client on site
  • Facilitate transport, outings and client support that aligns with service planning and goals
  • Prioritise rapport and relationship with the clients in assisting the delivery of an experience that incorporates safe practice in safe spaces

These are casual roles based in Chambers Flat – working a variety of shifts throughout the week and weekend. You will work alongside our Treatment Facilitators to provide support and guidance to our families and their children.

About you
