We are starting a new day-based mobile Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation program, called Nana Muru. The service incorporates both day programs and withdrawal support, using a blend of place-based service delivery and mobile outreach.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to help build and establish this new service. You will play an integral part of establishing and building relationships with GP network in the service regions. Our ideal candidate has a strong knowledge or connection to the region and the community.
This role is based in Nowra, situated on the beautiful Shoalhaven River, close to many popular natural and cultural features of the Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands and a 2-hour drive to Sydney.
This is an ongoing full time position, working from our office in Nowra and outreaching to Jarvis Bay, St George’s Basin and Sanctuary Point. You will coordinate and monitor the delivery of community-based mobile withdrawal support for clients, provide assessment, care planning and evidence-informed care in collaboration with the treating General Practitioner/s (GP) and counsellor/case managers within the service. The salary range for is $74,594 to $86,963 annually. We are fortunate that our employees can also access $18,540 salary packaging which increases your take home pay.
