Lives Lived Well has recently invested in the development of an electronic Client Relationship Management (CRM) system which includes automation of Outcome Measure collection from our clients. We are looking for someone with a passion for data and statistical analysis who can also ignite enthusiasm in our clinical workforce for the value of measuring client and organisational outcomes.

About the opportunity

In this brand new role your focus is on ensuring the successful implementation of Outcome Measurement across the organisation to enhance and evaluate clinical outcomes. Research and evidence drives our work at Lives Lived Well. We want to make a difference and measure the impact we have. Working in our Spring Hill office, you will be our “go to” expert for all things related to Outcome Measures. This includes:

  • Engage staff to use and interpret Outcome Measures and embed into clinical practice
  • Develop and provide meaningful reporting and insightful analysis on the use of outcome measurement and the impact of our work
  • Working with our research partners, University of QLD, make recommendations to improve our Outcome Measures suite and how we use it to improve clinical practice

This is a part-time 22.8 hours a week, ongoing opportunity. The base salary range is circa $85,000 annually. You can also access $18,540 salary packaging which increases your take home pay by several thousand dollars.

We are looking an experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor level qualification in Psychology or Social Sciences, ideally with post graduate qualifications
  • Background in AOD or Mental Health research projects
  • Proven capacity to design and administer surveys, collect, analyse and interpret clinical data, develop reports and make recommendations
  • High level of proficiency in the use of database and reporting platforms
  • Developed influencing and engagements skills and who can prepare and conduct clinician training
