About the role

As a part of our senior management team, you will lead our established services across the portfolio areas and represent LLW in the region. You will be supported by local service leaders in regional centres. You will be a key part of the project team for the establishment of the new residential facility from the ground up - construction, service design and community engagement phases through to opening and then take on operational management.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Nursing, Social Work (similar).
  • Strong experience in managing the delivery of a clinical services team and programs.
  • Fine-tuned people leadership skills – you build people up and are not afraid to have robust conversations
  • Excellent relationship management skills including community/stakeholder engagement
  • Passion and energy with an innovative mindset, to ensure quality and drive growth in the services.
  • A collaborative and solution focused approach.
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Current Working with Children Check (or able to apply)
