Lighthouse Foundation offers an integrated therapeutic model of care for homeless children and young people who predominantly come from a background of long-term neglect and abuse. Our people are dedicated to making a change in our children and young people's lives.

In a Lighthouse home, children, young people and families are supported by live-in Therapeutic Carers as well as specialist services including case management and psychological support.
The Therapeutic Case Manager (Intake & On for Life) holds responsibilities for two functions. Firstly, to be responsible for the intake of young people into Lighthouse Foundation programs, consistent with program guidelines and Lighthouse’s Model of Care. This will include forming connections with external youth homelessness services and young people entering a Lighthouse program. Secondly, working with a caseload of young people from a Therapeutic Case Management Perspective.
