Relationship Matters is a dynamic, values based not-for-profit organisation specialising in human relationships and interpersonal communication. Relationship Matters also provides Employee Assistance Programs, training and consulting to workplaces.
This role will be involved in the provision of clinical assessment, psychological focused strategies, counselling, case work, group work and therapeutic support for the Frankston community in our Accessible Psychological Interventions (API) Program. This involves working with clients with complex mental health issues and those with multiple presenting issues.
You have the ability to contribute to the provision of exceptional counselling services and to promote the profile of Relationship Matters in the community.
A professional in your field, you can work independently while working within a cohesive, committed and high performing team. Together with your exceptional level of ethical standards and well-developed interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, you have the capacity to manage and ensure high standards of practice.
