Working in line with the CARE model you will strive to enhance the lives of young people in our Child Youth & Family programs (including residential and foster & kinship care) incorporating a therapeutic, trauma informed approach.
Seeking experienced candidates to support young people that display complex and challenging behaviours as well as children with dual mental health and disability diagnosis.
Please note: our two residential services in the Brisbane are located near Mt Gravatt and Kedron. We run a 24/7 roster model and the successful candidates will be required to work weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays.
This is not an entry level role: You will have prior experience working with Trauma based behaviours and have or be working towards relevant qualifications.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
