Play a key role as a Service Delivery Coordinator/Scheduler in the Client Services team, whose function is to support clients to access services that assist them to meet their individual goals and objectives. This may include domestic assistance, personal care, social and respite services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for rostering/scheduling of Support Workers within the Aged Care and Veterans team. You will ensure that client support needs are met, and an efficient and safe working environment is maintained for Support Workers.
You will have demonstrated leadership qualities and effective communication skills in order to effectively supervise, support and schedule a cohort of 20 to 25 Support Workers working across Canberra and surrounding suburbs.
Successful candidates will be required to clear relevant state-based probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and hold a valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card.
