About the Role

In this role you will lead, develop and encourage a team of geographically dispersed Support Coordinators to meet billable targets and provide quality client-based customer service. A thorough understanding on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Quality and Safeguards Commission and relevant legislation is required. Prior management experience within the disability or health sector and experience supporting young people, adults and aged clients with disability is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision, advice and support to ensure a positive team environment
  • Guide the team to meet billable targets and to comply with the company’s set KPIs
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Ensure all services and staff work in line with relevant NDIS legislations and standards
  • Facilitate monthly meetings and regular development opportunities for the team

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in a leadership or management role within a human services organisation
  • The ability to maintain & provide service user and staff confidentiality
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS and Quality & Safeguards Commission
  • Confident, articulate, and professional speaking and written abilities
  • Established problem solving and conflict management skills

Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
