We support children, young people and families, people with disability, older people and people with mental illness. We work with people who are homeless and refugees and asylum seekers.

Provide one on one, in home and community support, personal care and domestic assistance to clients within our Disability and Health Program, assisting them to remain living independently in their own homes.
The successful candidate will have previous experience providing individual, one to one support to people with Disability and have flexible availability for individual shifts ranging between 1 to 3 hours, between Monday and Sunday from 7am to 10pm.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and a Working With Vulnerable People Card.
