About the Role

Assist NDIS participants in the support coordination and implementation off supports across their funded plan to strengthen and enhance the client’s abilities and goals. Based out of Orange, you will be required to travel across the area to successfully deliver the clients plan and meet their obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the client to implement their NDIS plan
  • Monitor plan outcomes and expenditure to ensure it remains within budget
  • Ensure mainstream services meet the clients NDIS plan
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with peers, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Report outcomes and success indicators to the NDIA within the agreed reporting timeframe
  • Strengthen and enhance the clients abilities to self-direct their own supports and participate in the community

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications
  • An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme objectives and principles
  • Demonstrated experience supporting people with disabilities achieve their goals
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients and their families
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable

Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
