Based in Tuggerah on a 6 month contract, this role will assist NDIS participants in the coordination and implementation of all supports within their funded plan. You will also establish strong rapport and working relationships with a range of stakeholders including People with Disability, their family members and internal & external service providers.
Successful candidates will be required all state based probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
