About the role

This role in the Lumary project team will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of some key business processes and functionality in the Lumary and EasyEmployer systems, such as travel and transport and time-sheeting.  This is a permanent full time role, location is flexible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of project briefs and service proposals which describe scope, deliverables, high level business solutions, project timelines
  • Undertake analysis to develop clear and concise business solution options, recommendations and specifications to be considered by the project team
  • Identify, plan and facilitate workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather business requirements, develop specifications and manage expectations
  • Document requirements and BAU handover through the use of flow charts, screen designs, report designs, interfaces, help content and business processes/workflow
  • Works with the Senior Project Manager to design and implement successful Lumary sub-projects including:
    • Travel and transport
    • Time-sheeting

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Lumary, EasyEmployer or similar CRM and rostering/timesheeting systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis and project coordination
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including peers, senior management and external organisations
  • Proficient ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
