About the role

Reporting to the Manager, ICT Portfolio Delivery, you will provide a range of ICT project support for one or more organisational change and improvement initiatives at a time. This is a permanent full-time role, location either Brisbane, Newcastle, Melbourne or Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, planning, execution and delivery of nominated programs and projects utilising project management systems, tools and change management frameworks
  • Develop and manage project-level budget, schedule and resource allocations
  • Identify program/project/business risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Prepare accurate executive level program/project status reports
  • Manage the overall delivery of multiple initiatives
  • Develop and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Life Without Barriers project management tools and systems

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, information technology, project management or similar areas
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory environment for areas of business responsibility
  • End to end program / project management experience in a high demand environment with multiple key stakeholders and priorities
  • Ability to demonstrate successful establishment of new business capabilities and achieving tangible business benefits and outcomes
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver multiple positive project outcomes
  • The ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
