6 Month Full-Time contract available for an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our team based in Griffith, Canberra. The successful candidate will be responsible for inducting, training, rostering and supervising Support Workers within the Disability and Health Team in order to ensure that our client support needs and goals are met.
You will have previous experience in rostering/scheduling, demonstrated leadership qualities and effective communication skills in order to effectively supervise, support and schedule a cohort of 20 to 25 Support Workers working across Canberra and surrounding suburbs.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check.
