About the Role

Due to recent growth in our Aged Care and Community Support programs, the Roster Officer role will play a vital role in coordinating the day to day support for our clients.

You’ll work closely with our coordinators to create and manage rosters for our team of support workers, ensuring the individual needs and support goals of our clients are realised and the sustainability of our workforce. This role requires you to use your highly developed interpersonal skills to build confidence and trust with the people we support, as well as our support workers.

This role will be based in Maroochydore and will work across the Aged Care and Community support services for people living with a disability, medical condition or mental health condition. 

Skills & Experience  

  • Scheduling or rostering experience using electronic client management systems is essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to respectfully and effectively communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively time manage competing priorities to deliver outcomes at a high standard, within agreed timeframes
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain working relationships with clients and their families, staff and other stakeholders

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
