Working in established rostering team, you will be responsible for the creation and monitoring of regional rosters to effectively meet clients’ service agreements, support needs and preferences.
You will be required to use you to use your highly developed interpersonal skills to build confidence and trust with our clients and employees, whilst ensuring that our available employees are being rostered in a way that values and promotes workforce sustainability.
This position is a permanent, full time position based in our Tuggerah office.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
