About the Role

This is a new role, reporting to the Corporate Services & Finance Business Partner.  You will provide governance, reporting and delivery support for the Supported Independent Living Quoting (SIL) team to ensure that projects deliver the best outcomes for employees and clients. 

You will partner with stakeholders to develop reports, design and create dashboards and analyse information to make recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team.

This is a permanent full time role, location either Central Coast, Newcastle, Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, review and manage corporate reporting that provide high quality information to the Senior Leadership Team including:
    • Implement and maintain effective program performance monitoring
    • Proactively offer solutions by analysing all reports and identifying trends and areas of improvement
    • Provide analytical reports on workload trends and resource requirements
    • Provide comprehensive analysis report to business in regards to trends, issues and core drivers for KPI’s
    • Collating status reports and generating insights to Program Leadership
    • Analyse performance to provide insights on lead and lag indicators
    • Implement agreed reporting frequency and rationale – including benchmark targets and levers to affect performance
    • Deliver reliable and timely dashboard reports using platforms and data systems aligned to enterprise architecture requirements
    • Provide ad hoc reports at the request of the Management Team

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a business related discipline
  • Demonstrated application of strong commercial acumen
  • Extensive experience in data collection and analysis in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation
  • Significant experience in organisational performance analysis, reporting and governance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality products within agreed timeframes
  • Demonstrated experience in various reporting platforms
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
  • Advanced and proven problem solving skills, and ability to think laterally and strategically
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
