You will lead a team of Operations Managers and clinical specialists to drive Child, Youth and Family programs and practice across South Queensland. You will have a strong commitment to, and expertise in, programs supporting children, youth and families, including out of home care, post care support services, early intervention, and youth justice. .
The South QLD portfolio extends from Gympie down to the QLD/NSW border and out to Toowoomba in the South West. Covering six individual regions, the position overseas approximately 500 children and young people in out of home care, and also holds responsibility for early intervention programs including Life Without Barriers social bond, YouthChoices.
Flexible arrangements will allow a combination of working from home and in office however travel between regions will be necessary. Office location can be based at Milton, Maroochydore, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Shailer Park or Robina.
Once travel restrictions are lifted, travel is required across Queensland and some interstate travel.
