About the Role

We are seeking someone who is looking for a short term 3 month contract as a Recruitment Advisor, starting ASAP. You will be supporting team of Recruitment professionals within a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with high volume, quick turnaround times and ability to hit the ground running will be advantageous. You will also have exceptional organisational and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

  • Coordinate end to end employee recruitment (including sourcing, screening, interviewing (via virtual platforms), coordinating probity clearance and reference checks, offer process and providing candidate feedback
  • Support and promote the work of Life Without Barriers, maintaining a positive image of the organisation in accordance with level of position
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant experience – Essential
  • Experience as a Recruiter with extensive experience in operational end to end recruitment
  • Strong ability to develop excellent working relationships with Hiring Managers, employees and candidates at all levels
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for recruitment
  • Superior skills in relation to time management, personal organisation and project management with the ability to show initiative  
  • Prior knowledge using PageUp will be highly regarded

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
