Life Without Barriers (National)

About the Organisation

Life Without Barriers is a leading social purpose, not for profit organisation of 7,000 employees working in more than 440 communities across Australia. We support children, young people and families, people with disability, older people and people with mental illness. We work with people who are homeless and refugees and asylum seekers.

We want to employ people who reflect the diversity of our clients to ensure we can support each client's individual needs and wants. We encourage people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background and people with disability to apply.

About the Role

Due to growth within our Disability and Mental Health services in Alice Springs, we are looking for additional resources to join our People, Safety & Culture team. These roles include a Senior HR Advisor, a Learning & Development Advisor and a Recruitment Advisor.

You will be based in Alice Springs to deliver key services to vulnerable people in the community. This is a busy role in a complex organisation so prior experience with high volume, quick turnaround times and ability to hit the ground running will be essential.

If you like exploring and love the outdoors this could be the great escape from the rat race you have been looking for. You can enjoy trips to Uluru, camel back riding and discover the rich history in the red centre all whilst doing what you do best as an HR professional.

This may be a big move for you, so we are offering a 12-month contract and assistance in relocation to help settle you in.
