About the Role

Reporting to the Business Support and Relationship Manager, this role will take an active lead with emergency responses processes, in particular Covid 19, monitor L&D throughout the North East region and provide additional project support to the Business Hub. This is a full time, 6 month maximum term contract located in either our Ballina or Newcastle offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of emergency response processes
  • Highlight and identify risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Support the Business Hub in the delivery of project milestones
  • Prepare a range of documentation for key stakeholders, including status updates and project reports
  • Maintain and develop positive working relationship with key stakeholders and partners

Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of the NDIS and experience in the Disability sector
  • Experience providing project support and assistance including ability to use technology and relevant software programs effectively
  • Strong attention to detail & problem solving skills
  • Ability to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes and to quality standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
  • Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
