About the role

In this 18-month maximum term contract position, you will provide strategic and tactical project management for the National Workforce Planning & Rostering Manager. You will be joining our growing Client Services team where you will be managing projects specifically to assist in the development and optimisation of our casual and permanent workforce nationally. This is a full-time position that can be based anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage the development, planning, execution and delivery of projects within the national workforce planning & rostering team
  • Develop project briefs and service proposals which describe scope, deliverables, high level solution options, project plan, and identify resources estimates and skills required
  • Establish, develop and manage effective working relationships
  • Manage and track project meetings and ensure that deliverables meet planned timelines
  • Promote a culture of successful project delivery via effective planning & management strategies
  • Develop an iterative Project Management method that can be used on all significant projects
  • Prepare Project Status reports
  • Identify project risks and mitigation strategies and communicate these as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven project management experience in high demand environments with sound knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practice
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting high-level projects and project delivery in a national, large or high transactional organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes and quality standards
  • Ability to apply theoretical service models to workable solutions in applied settings
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Strong influencing and relationship building skills

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
