As the Project Manager for Culture and Practice you will design and manage programs and initiatives in partnership with the regional leadership team that focus on employee engagement, well-being and skill development of all staff. This will require you to think big, be comfortable challenging convention, and be able to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal individual for the role is knowledgeable in multiple human resource disciplines including but not limited to employee relations, company culture and diversity and inclusion.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
