About the role

Permanent full time position located in Orange where you will oversee the Intensive Therapeutic Program across Orange and Dubbo consisting of four houses.  Your strong experience as a leader in the community services sector will see you succeed in this challenging but rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Intensive Therapeutic Care program in Orange and Dubbo compliant with legislation, standards, contractual requirements and internal policies
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability and service excellence
  • Ensure that all service and program activities are aligned to the values of Life Without Barriers
  • Ensure delivery of program services in accordance with program budgets, Business Plans and in line with client needs and plans
  • Develop and maintain operational and administrative systems and procedures to support the effective management of all programs
  • Ensure a consistent standard of quality is delivered for programs in accordance with regulations prescribed in relevant legislation and funding agency standards
  • Manage risks and issues arising in the course of service management

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in human services, social work, business management or equivalent
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in community services
  • Manage and deliver program processes in line with scope, budget, schedule, risk and resources
  • Experience managing budgets and funding applications
  • Experience building a constructive employee relations environment driving service excellence
  • Success in service compliance and leading the program and practice
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including peers, employees, funding bodies and government agencies

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check.
