The newly appointed Program Manager, NDIS will join a team of two existing Program Managers and will be part of the regional leadership team. You will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of culturally responsive care to people accessing the NDIS in Central Australia.
This includes the management of active support and living skills programs, budgets, human resources support, internal and external stakeholder relationships, and community engagement.
The Program Manager will provide leadership to a team of house supervisors focusing on outcomes for people with disability and/or mental health condition, quality service provision, culturally responsive care, adherence to standards, growth and the performance of each service.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
