We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aged Care Program Manager to join our South Australian team in a management position. The Program Manager for our Aged Care team (Home Based Services) oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of our program.
This position would suit someone with management experience who is driven to lead and develop a team that delivers person-centred and goal driven services to support our clients to live independently. We are looking for someone to contribute to the growth of LWB’s Home Based Aged Care Services in South Australia and who is passionate about this sector.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
