About the Role

Our Queensland Community Support Services (QCSS) program in Shailer Park is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Program Coordinator to lead a team of Support Workers. This position is being offered on a permanent full time basis, office hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. In additional to an attractive remuneration package, he successful incumbent for this position will also be offered a monthly RDO.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop and lead the QCSS Program
• Manage, maintain and adjust client rosters where necessary
• Ensure a consistent standard of quality practice
• Provide supervision and guidance to all support workers
• Work closely with the Operations Manager providing assistance when required
• Complete reports and other administration duties as required  

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in the disability or aged care fields, and/or
• Relevant industry experience, with significant coordination experience
• Knowledge and understanding of culturally appropriate, strength based service provision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Confident in the MS Office suite of Programs
• Current QLD Drivers’ License

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
