Are you a high performing HR Business Partner with experience and a desire to work on meaningful people projects large and small? If you thrive working in the grey, managing to deliver project outcomes regardless of ambiguity and fluid/dynamic environments, while being described as curious and collegiate, we would welcome an application form you. You’ll bring exceptional interpersonal / stakeholder management as well as critical thinking skills to the position.
Working with the National Manager - People, Safety and Culture (PSC) Business Partnering, you will take a lead on a range of people related projects, whilst being collegiate enough to take the backseat when other SME’s take the lead. The successful candidate will have strong HR experience with proven success delivering key projects in a large, complex organisation.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
