About the Role

Permanent full time opportunity based in our Leederville office with flexibility to work from home, where you will provide HR support to our Client Services employees in Western Australia Join an experienced team of HR professionals in a large, national organisation that truly makes a difference in your community. Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment where agility and initiative will be key, you will deliver generalist advice and support across a range of activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Action variation requests through internal systems
  • Actively engage with our Client Services partners and provide them with HR generalist advice and support
  • Respond to award and pay enquiries from employees
  • Prepare and collate various reports
  • Provide workforce analysis reporting
  • Ensuring employee records maintain the correct probity requirements (e.g. visa checks, police checks, first aid requirements)
  • Various HR administrative tasks as required

Skills and Experience

  • Qualification in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated experience in an HR Officer/Advisor position
  • Genuine passion and drive for a career within Human Resources
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where efficiency is key
  • High level ability to develop good working relationships
  • Commitment to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
