About the role

This role is part of a national marketing team and is responsible for the implementation of the marketing tactics across varying channels and support the community engagement activities within Victoria and Tasmania.  This is a full time maximum term contract until end of July 2021, this role can be located in either Melbourne or Tasmania. Travel between the states will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop multi channel marketing tactical plans within budget constraints for Victoria and Tasmania.
  • Work with the Strategy and Engagement Business Partner to understand the marketing and growth requirements for the Client Services teams.
  • Project manage the development and distribution of effective digital and traditional marketing and communications materials for external audiences (e.g. brochures, e-newsletters, merchandising etc.).
  • Develop, create and review high-quality corporate and support multi-media and digital content and productions.
  • Lead the management of events for the Victoria and Tasmania.
  • Monitor and report on client and carer acquisition rates.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or other relevant field.
  • Significant experience in a B2C communications and/or marketing role.  
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high-performing environment with a large business or not-for-profit organisation (either within industry or as a consultant) to understand its needs and help to grow its consumer base.
  • Significant experience in digital marketing and using Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Significant experience in integrating electronic communication channels.
  • Significant experience of working on high-level communications projects/strategies incorporating multi-media channels.
  • Excellent written skills.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
