Newly created position within our national Learning & Development team based in Alice Springs. This is a 12 month maximum term contract, three days a week where the days and hours are flexible. You will support the Northern Territory L&D team and the Business Managers to effectively onboard new employees and support the quality improvement initiatives related to L&D in the Northern Territory. Your customer service approach and effective coordination skills will be key to your success. This is a great opportunity to kick start your career in Human Resources.
