Join our Aged Care team as an Intake Officer on a Full Time contract until June 30th 2022. This position is responsible for the intake and assessment of clients from the My Aged Care portal, initial contact with the client, completing risk assessments and providing potential and new clients with information about Life Without Barrier’s Aged Care Services, focusing on wellness and reablement principles.
The role is based from our office in Unley.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
