About the role

Permanent full-time position within our Melbourne or Adelaide offices available due to growth. If you have previous experience as level 2 IT Service Desk this is a great opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading social purpose organisations. You will join a fast-paced ICT Service desk team who are supportive, customer-focused and don’t mind a laugh!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for all ICT equipment
  • Provide first level operational support for all ICT applications
  • Maintain the availability, security, integrity, performance and enhancements of the ICT technology environment
  • Ensure assets are documented and managed within the appropriate systems
  • Ensure continuous improvement of ICT services, practices and processes in lie with industry advances to ensure that the business remains competitive with best in class ICT services.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience as level 2 IT service desk where you have worked with active directory, citrix and networking 
  • Outstanding communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus with an understanding of client expectations
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
