About the Role

Drive the design, development, implementation and improvement in HR technology systems, specifically PageUp, to deliver improved and more efficient solutions that support HR and business operations. You will be the subject matter expert for PageUp which is utilised for both recruitment and training nationally. You will join an experienced team of professionals in a large, national organisation that truly makes a difference in your community. You will be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment where initiative and agility will be key. This is a permanent full time position that can be based from any one of our offices with flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the design, development and functionality for PageUp to deliver improved solutions and more efficient recruitment and training processes
  • Analyse current HR processes and systems to identify improvements and efficiencies
  • Develop HR process and systems support materials and documentation
  • Provide reporting to key stakeholders and Managers

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with PageUp as a Systems Analyst or Systems Administrator
  • Experience in the analysis on business processes and determination of system and technology requirements
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives to leverage system capabilities
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders internally and externally
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to consider strategic implications of decisions / actions

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
