Lead and inspire a team with our values always front and centre of your actions. Modelling and practicing therapeutic intervention strategies, roster with a focus on good workforce planning and provide team supervision.
You will be required to work across several residential settings to support your teams and work in collaboration with a wide range of community stakeholders to develop and implement care plans built around each child / young person. Most importantly to ensure that we are creating a safe and culturally appropriate and healing environment for children and young people.
This is a full- time max term role with working days of Monday to Friday. You will participate in an on-call roster.
This position will be required to undergo probity checks including criminal record checks, working with children check and NDIS Worker Check/DHS Disability Services Employment clearance and Psychological Assessment for employment in a children's residential facility.
