We are looking for two female Disability Support Workers to provide care for a 20 year old female client experiencing progressive loss of motor skills and speech living Adelaide Central area.
In the morning you will assist the client getting ready for the day and pick up afternoon shifts to access the community or providing opportunities to increase or maintain independence.
Services are provided from Monday to Friday between 7.15am-9.15am. Monday from 3.45pm – 6.45pm and Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm-6pm. *There is the option to work additional shifts in our SIL accommodations*
Working in a team, you will facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with service users in a positive and proactive environment. You will be actively supporting their individual needs and creating a safe environment.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and a DCSI Disability Employment clearance/NDIS check.
