About the Role

We are looking for Disability Support Workers who align with our values and have a genuine caring personality and positive attitude, to join our Shared & Supported Living team in Orange on a Permanent Part Time & Casual basis.

In this role, you will actively support our clients to live independently through the provision of daily living support (including personal care), domestic duties, mentorship, assistance with medications and support to achieve their individual goals.

Due to the support needs of our clients, it is important that you are available and willing to work a varied pattern of shifts across a 24/7 roster.

Skills & Experience 

  • Professional or personal experience supporting People with Disability or Aged Care clients
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Sound computer, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to client support plans and complete documentation
  • Commitment to providing quality support, customer choice and inclusion

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
