About the role

This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for you to make a positive change in the lives of People with a Disability. We are looking for Disability Support Workers for both casual and Permanent Part Time roles. 

Working in a team, you will facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with service users in a positive and proactive environment. You will be actively supporting their individual needs and creating a safe environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day care (including personal care) and supervision
  • Community Access & Transport
  • Maintain & Monitor Person Centred Plans
  • Documenting & Progress Note keeping
  • Consistently establish rapport and collaborate effectively with service users and their families to achieve positive outcomes for service users

Skills & Experience

  • Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
  • Certificate III in Community Welfare, Disability or similar
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
