We support children, young people and families, people with disability, older people and people with mental illness. We work with people who are homeless and refugees and asylum seekers.

About the Role

This is client focused role where your passion for supporting others and naturally caring nature with be highly valued. The team you will be joining is supportive and welcoming and understands the importance of a positive attitude and ability to be reliable and flexible.  

We offer two different programs on the Central Coast; Lifestyle Supports where you will support clients to access our day programs and community based services and Supported Independent Living where you will assist clients to live independently in their own or shared homes (group home).

As part of our recruitment process, we will work with you to determine which program you will be best suited to depending on your experience, availability and career goals.

What are we looking for?

  • You are reliable, flexible, caring and very passionate about supporting others
  • You may have professional or personal experience supporting people with disability
  • You may be starting your career within the Disability industry and have a strong customer service background
  • A willingness to obtain a Certificate III in Disability within first 2 years of employment
  • Current and unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Sound computer, written and verbal communication skills

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
