We are seeking Disability Support Workers to join our Disability team on a Permanent Part Time & Casual basis in Canberra and the surrounding areas.
In this position, you will be required to actively support our clients to live independently through the provision of daily living support (including personal care), domestic duties, mentorship, assistance with medications and support to achieve their individual goals. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate previous experience providing individual, one to one support to people with Disability. You must have flexible availability for individual shifts ranging between 1 to 3 hours, between Monday and Sunday from 7am to 10pm. This is a community based role.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check / Working with Vulnerable People Check (where relevant to the role).
